Winter Weather
With winter on the horizon, we will inevitably be dealing with snowy weather. If you are unable to make your appointment due to winter weather please contact me as soon as possible. Unless you hear from me please assume your appointment is still scheduled. I am only a short drive from my treatment room however I understand if anyone is uncomfortable driving in bad weather.
Late policy
Life happens and sometimes it is unavoidable. If we are able to perform the service within the allotted time frame I am happy to continue with service. We will end the service at the designated time and you will be charged the full amount. If we cannot perform the service, you will have an opportunity to reschedule and the full amount of the missed service will be charged. Fees must be paid before booking your next service.
Cancellation/No Show
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of the original service cost. You are considered a “no show” 15 min past your scheduled appointment time. Fees must be paid before booking your next service.
After Hours Appointments
Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you needing to squeeze in a last minute lash appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. After hours appointments may be available on a case by case basis for an additional fee.
